I like the *option* of self check-out, but hate having to wait for help when one of the many discounts or "free" gift certificate specials doesn't work correctly. That happened *again* today. The associate came as quickly as they could, but they obviously run with fewer staff now (which I assume is their goal). Frankly, I'm shopping at Target less and less because of this -- my time and inconvenience is worth more to me than the amount saved.
